Prior to the open home you can call into our sales office located across the road from Lot 700 and our sales staff can show you the exterior of these homes, or call our sales agent and arrange a time to view the property.
To locate the show home, follow the signs from the McLennan entrance on Walters Road. We suggest driving to Battalion Drive where you will be able to park your car and take a short walk to the show home, Lot 700.
Ballots for the 4-bedroom Phase II KiwiBuild homes open Wednesday 7 November.
Balloting for the McLennan KiwiBuild homes is managed by KiwiBuild. Separate ballots are run for each KiwiBuild home and you can enter as many ballots as you wish provided you have secured adequate financing to purchase the home.
